All jewellery pieces are SENT out within 1-3 days of order. All knitted items are SENT out within 2-5 days of order (knitwear requires more time to create, thank you for your kind understanding). If you have ordered jewellery as well as knitwear, please allow the full 2-5 days before your items are shipped out.

All shipping is done through Canada Post with standard delivery letter mail. If you require express delivery, please send me a quick conversation and that can be arranged.

If you live in Calgary, you should receive your purchase within 1-2 business days AFTER the items are shipped. If you live anywhere else in Canada, expect it to take 2-9 business days. For the U.S., about 4-8 business days and any where over seas, it could take up to 14 business days.

Please note that NO mail is processed on weekends. Monday-Friday are counted as business days. Please take this into account when reading these timelines.

Exchange Policy:
My number one goal is to provide my customer with quality handmade goods. That being said, I am happy to replace an item if you are not satisfied. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send me a note within 3 days of receiving your item. After you send me a note, we will arrange for you to send the item back to me. All items must be unused and in original condition. Once I receive the item that you are exchanging, I will send out the new item to you (it is up to you wether you would like the same item or exchange it for another)

Refund Policy:
If completely unhappy with an item, send it back to me and I will gladly email transfer you a refund (minus shipping costs).
