I want you to be happy with your purchase. I accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please contact me with all return requests. Refunds will generally require that you return the item in it's original packaging and original unused condition.

I warrant that all items will arrive unbroken. If there is a problem please notify me within 48 hours. This does not include breakages occurring after arrival (smile). Breakages or other damage will need to be documented via photos or by returning the item in it's original packaging and original unused condition.

There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders. There are no refunds on digital purchases after you have downloaded the files.

I accept payment via Paypal or credit card directly from the Etsy shop. Taxes will be added at checkout. Any duty or customs charges incurred in addition to the billed amount are your responsibility.

I generally ship in stock items by the next business day. If you are buying specially made items, like multiples of an existing item or custom colour variations, I can usually ship within 2 weeks, though there are times of the year where this may not be possible. You will be notified of any delays. And I send a notification when I actually ship.

I care about the environment and therefore use clean recycled packaging for shipping whenever possible. If you particularly want new packaging, please indicate this request in a note accompanying your order.

I ship all items via Canada Post. If you prefer some other shipping method, please contact me.

When ordering multiple items there are times when the shipping charge calculated will be incorrect. If this should happen, I will refund any over charges back to your Paypal account. If you wish, you many contact me before ordering to obtain a shipping quote and reserved listing with the confirmed information.

I declare the full value of all items on all international shipments. Any customs or duty charges incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

For American buyers, in accordance with CPSC and CPSIA regulations, items
