1) It is not instant....which means a response will not happen immediately. If your message is URGENT (not to say hi, you like something, added something to a treasury, ect) please email info [!at] newyorkcouture.net
We receive HUNDREDS of emails, so please be PATIENT!!!
2) This is a business, and we are open M-F (except for orders that need to be shipped on weekends). So for example, you are emailing on Friday at 4:30pm, and then again Saturday, ect...please breath, take a break to calm down (because NOTHING is that serious) and we will get back to you as soon as we can

Versand
We ship 2x a week, but there are no set days we ship...could be Monday/Thursday one week and Tuesday/Friday another. We wait until we have a bunch of orders to do all at once.
Please allow (for US orders) 2-3 business days for delivery (this does not include the day-days we process the order from our studio). So...if you ordered something on the 28th...please don't email us on the 30th asking where the package is...we promise it either went out or is going out asap. It also won't be shown on Etsy that the package has shipped because we sell hundreds of items on Etsy and elsewhere and it would be very time consuming to mark each as shipped/ect. Sorry
