I definitely should have paid more attention to the item description. This item is very tiny, and is only half of a sphere. It is well made though.

I have only just started out in selling the items that I make but I strive to make them of the highest quality that I can.
I am an avid animal lover so I can promise that none of the products in my shop have been tested on animals in anyway! I also use SLS-free soaps, so they are a bit kinder to your skin than cheaper brand soaps! :)
Custom Orders - Regarding taking custom orders, should you wish for any of my products to have a different scent than they are listed as having, then please feel free to contact me and tell me which scent you would prefer. If that is possible for me to make for you, then I will gladly make the change!

If the buyer is not happy with the item, then please contact me with the reason why and then the item could be sent back within 14 days of reason for refund given in its original packaging.
Should the item be damaged during shipping, then please contact me within seven days of receiving the item with details of the damage, and I will send you out a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you would prefer.

Zahlung
I will only accept payments via Paypal or credit/debit card, this means that I won't be able to accept postal orders or cheques. However, allowances can be made if needed. Contact me if you need to discuss alternate payment methods (UK Only).
Versand
I strive to send out orders as soon as I can upon receiving payment, however if orders are taken over the weekend, then all items will be sent out on the following Tuesday at the latest.
If special requests are given, then please allow up to five working days for the order to be shipped out.
