These earrings are AMAZING!! I receive compliments everytime I wear them. They are beautifully made and very sturdy. They also do not bother my very sensitive skin. The owner of this shop is super sweet and sends a hand written note with the items.

I want your experience with Orese to be easy breezy and straight-forward. So, please read through my policies, then pop into my shop and buy yourself something lovely :)

Every piece you see in my shop is designed and handcrafted by me. With that in mind, no two items are identical. But that's the beauty and uniqueness of the product! Items are very close to the photo wih slight variances from piece to piece.

I'm sure you will love your item, but under the small, teeny tiny circumstance that you aren't happy with your purchase, just let me know! Refunds and exchanges are processed on a case-by-case basis at my discretion. Items and all of their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item after contacting me. Refunds will be issued through PayPal, less shipping costs. If returning an item, I require that you cover the shipping costs and include tracking on the item.

Custom orders and post earrings are final sale, but message me anyway if there's a problem with your purchase.

I package my goods with the utmost attention to detail. They should arrive to you the same way they left my studio--in great condition. If an item is damaged in transit, send me a message and we can work something out.

Bottom line, nothing is written in stone at Orese! I understand the limitations with online purchases where you can't hold or see an item in person. I am very flexible and open to hear your concerns, so contact me at any time.
I accept payment through PayPal. If you prefer an alternate method of payment, please message me before completing your order, and we'll work something out.
Since each item is made to order, please allow 10 business days to complete your item before it's shipped.

All items ship from Canada Monday through Friday through Canada Post. If you would like to upgrade your shipping option to your country to include tracking or a faster ship time, just message me and I'll arrange it for you.

US Customers:
Items can take up to 3 weeks to be received, but items are generally received within 4-10 business days. Please be patient as there can be delays caused by Customs. As this is out of my control, I cannot predict how long an item can be delayed there. Please read the Note below.

International Customers:
Items can take up to 6 weeks, but items are generally received sooner. Please contact me with your country for a more accurate estimate. Please contact me BEFORE completing your purchase to confirm shipping prices and options. Please read the Note below.

**NOTE** Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you may should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Canadian Customers:
Items can take up to 10 business days to be received.


If your order is not received within the estimated time, please contact me. As an item could be awaiting clearance in Customs, refunds or replacements will NOT be granted until 6 weeks from the original shipping date. This is ample time to allow the package to continue on it's journey towards you.
