As with any handmade paper craft, rough handling may result in lower durability of the item. All items are crafted with quality materials to withstand standard use. Refunds will be given for damage in shipping resulting in an unusable item, with proof of damage.

These items DO come from a smoking home, with pets. Please do not order if you are severely allergic to smoke. An effort is made to store items, when possible, away from smoking areas, but if you are sensitive to the smell, please do not purchase. Refunds are not given for smoke smell unless the item is returned, unused and/or undamaged, and the refund will be for the purchase price only, minus shipping, upon return receipt.

Returns are not accepted for issues listed under Additional Information. While I do try to show if there are any very noticeable mistakes, small ones are not grounds for return.

Paypal is the preferred method of payment, but credit/debit cards and Etsy gift certificates are accepted as well. Please make payment within three days.

If purchasing multiple items, I will refund partial shipping costs when possible.

Shipping (includes handling costs) is via USPS Priority Mail mail, unless otherwise noted. If using Paypal, item(s) will be shipped to the address on the account unless otherwise noted in the Note section at checkout. Foreign shipping is by first class international mail. Contact me for international pricing.

Again, these items are HANDMADE. This means there may be small mistakes. Sometimes the page count may not be exact, but I try to check carefully. None should be off more than 5 pages either way. Also, the pages ARE hand cut, so they're not all perfectly even. For the most part, they're very close, but being hand done, they aren't perfect. Also, they're bound by hand and glue is not always the most cooperative element to work with. It oozes and ends up in places it's not meant to be. On some items, there may be places where the glue has run and perhaps stuck a page or two to the cover and pulled a bit of the design off. If it's something that may be detrimental to the look, a complementary colour/pattern of washi tape will be used as a cover. It in no way detracts from the use or look of the piece, considering it isn't factory made.
