All creations are hand cut and assembled by myself with care.

All handmade items are from my smoke free home, although I will note that my family and I are owned by a cat and some birds.
On that note, items sold here should not be used by pets as they are not made to hold up to the wear and tear of animals, nor would they be safe as there are tiny pieces that could come apart and harm them. Also, I would not suggest these items to be used as toys for children as the felt may pull apart and although it seems like a low calorie fiber alternative, it's simply not healthy.

Regarding international shipments:
Penny Boperoo is not responsible for any customs, duty fees, tariffs, or taxes that may be assessed by your government.
Customs fees are not included in my shipping prices.
Unfortunately, These are not in my control and I have no way of knowing when or if they will be imposed or how much they might be. For further information you should contact your local customs agency.
For international customers please understand that during the Holidays the shipments may take double the estimated times from the USPS.
Additional Insurance is not included in any of my shipping charges.
Sometimes packages go missing or get lost on their way to their new family. If the postal service decides they like your package and it never arrives to you, please contact me so I can send a replacement in a timely manner.
I am most willing to work with you if there are alternative ways for your order to get to you and you would like to talk about it pre-order just convo me and let's see what we can do!
