If you receive your order and find it not to be what you expected, you may be returned for exchange only. It must be in the original condition. The buyer must pay return postage.

We ship your orders within 1-3 business days after the payment cleared.
We ship to the PayPal Address. Please make sure your Etsy address and Paypal address are the same.
If you would like items sent to an alternate or gift address, please add that address to your paypal account prior to purchase, then purchase and request the alternate address at checkout.
All items will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail. (with Tracking number for USA Domestic)
* Approximate delivery time: this will vary according to your location. It shouldn't take longer than 7 days for USA, between 7 - 10 days for the rest of the World.
Sometimes the postal service is slow and we can't help how long item can get hung up in customs, so please allow about 1 - 2 weeks for delivery.
