Refunds and exchanges will be offered when necessary. Please make sure you check the dimensions and materials listed to avoid problems arising. Also, feel free to ask me as many questions as you'd like prior to purchasing to also facilitate a smooth transaction.

Direct payment or paypal are the preferred methods of payment. If you are a local customer, and/or wish to discuss a different payment option, please contact me. Payment must be received prior to shipment.

I usually ship using standard mail to save on shipping costs for you, but if you need something special just send me a message and we can work something out. I usually check my messages 4 or 5 times a day so I'm pretty easy to get a hold of.

I am willing to take custom orders. Please e-mail me through the communication center here, or at roseworksjewelry [!at] gmail.com, with any requests you may have. All custom orders will be evaluated on a case by case basis. I will do my best to create your dreams for you, but I may face limitations at times due to availability of stock. All woven items will take a week to two weeks minimum to create.
