I wanted to buy Sheraya’s art since a very long time and I finally did it for a Christmas present and it was a huge hit. The little head were perfectly packed and the delivery perfect. I really recommande Sheraya’s art. He is professional and follow his creative energy. You can feel this in is creation. I’ll definitely buy new sculpture for presents or for myself. Thanks !

You can literally feel that Sheraya loves his work and his result and so you not only get a piece of professional art home but (sorry for the esotericism) also a piece of soul. In any case, the love for the object immediately spilled over to me. Shipping tip-top, fast and even economically packed. Contact with Sheraya quickly and very sympathetic. Part of the purchase even goes into a donation, he told me.

Man spürt förmlich, dass Sheraya seine Arbeit und sein Ergebnis liebt und somit holt man sich nicht nur ein Stück professionelle Kunst nach Hause sondern (sorry für die Esoterik) auch ein Stück Seele. Handmade masks and figures made of natural materials are available at Sheraya in Berlin. The service of the house is friendly and accommodating. Ordered on 24.12, delivered on 21.1. in all-round environmentally friendly packaging (- Thank you): two small pithy heads on long wire with wooden stand with original artist logo. Logo. Now the two of them live hidden in my indoor forest and their job is to be there unnoticed and secretly whisper in the ears of my visitors, and then surprise them with your sight. Does anyone notice? Art knows many forms, one of them now also in my attic apartment. If you like it, you can browse and access Sheraya.

Handgemachte Masken und Figuren aus natürlichen Materialien gibt es bei Sheraya in Berlin. Der Service des Hauses ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bestellt am 24.12, angeliefert am 21.1. in rundum umweltfreundlicher Verpackung (- Danke): zwei kleine kernige Köpfchen auf langem Draht mit hölzernem Ständer mit original Künstlerlogo. Logo. Jetzt wohnen die beiden versteckt in meinem Zimmerurwald und ihr Job ist es, unbemerkt da zu sein und meinen Besuchern heimlich ins Ohr zu flüstern, und sie dann mit Ihrem Anblick zu überraschen. Ob es jemand merkt? Kunst kennt viele Formen, eine davon jetzt auch in meiner Dachwohnung. Wem sie gefallen, der kann bei Sheraya stöbern und zugreifen.

My World - Kreativ sein heißt für mich, meine eigene Realität zu schaffen und Sie dazu einzuladen.

Originally, my figures were created while traveling, on the train, in the bus, on the ferry in the respective accommodation on the beach or on the mountain. so on each trip a small group of them was created, which were and still are like companions for me. I never travel without tools and probably work more on vacation than at home, seen, experienced, felt, finds direct expression and form.
some of my figures were created, inspired by the wonderful exhibition catalogue "aklama- hilfsgeister der ewe und dangme" from the study collection horst antes. the simple beauty of these figures as well as their cultural background, in which they could also be regarded as auxiliary spirits of everyday life, corresponds to the basic feeling with which I carve my figures. the inner peace that fills me in the processing of the material and working out the figure, carries the figure into everyday life in which it can be a mirror and resting point of one's own thoughts.
All ideas and designs are from me, which makes each piece unique.
nevertheless, I reserve the artistic freedom to reproduce individual pieces in different proportions. since such reproductions are in turn handmade, they have visible differences. the silver jewelry masks are an exception here, as they are casts in 10 series. the pieces offered belong to the first series.

You are welcome to view my works in person, by arrangement, in the Berlin Südkreuzateliers, Werner-Voss-Damm 62, 12101 Berlin.

Ursprünglich entstanden meine figuren auf reisen, im zug, im bus, auf der fähre in der jeweiligen unterkunft am strand oder auf dem berg. so entstand auf jeder reise eine kleine gruppe von ihnen, die für mich wie begleiter waren und noch sind. ich reise nie ohne werkzeug und arbeite wahrscheinlich mehr im urlaub als zuhause, gesehenes, erfahrenes, gefühltes, findet direkt ausdruck und form.
einige meiner figuren sind entstanden, inspiriert von dem wundervollen ausstellungskatalog "aklama- hilfsgeister der ewe und dangme" aus der studiensammlung horst antes. die schlichte schönheit dieser figuren sowie deren kultureller hintergrund, in dem sie auch als hilfsgeister des alltäglichen betrachtet werden könnten, entspricht dem grundgefühl mit dem ich meine figuren schnitze. die innere ruhe die mich bei der bearbeitung des materials und herausarbeitens der figur erfüllt, trägt die figur mit in den alltag in dem sie spiegel und ruhepunkt der eigenen gedanken sein kann.
Alle ideen und entwürfe sind von mir, wodurch jedes stück zu einem unikat wird.
dennoch behalte ich mir die künstlerische freiheit vor, einzelne stücke, in anderen größenverhältnissen zu reproduzieren. da solche reproduktionen wiederum handgearbeitet sind, weisen sie sichtbare unterschiede auf. die silberschmuckmasken bilden hier eine ausnahme, da es sich um abgüsse in 10er serien handelt. die angebotenen stücke gehören zur ersten serie.
