I ship through the USPS, priority mail. If your item shows up damaged due to the Post Office, there is a lengthy process for refunds which I am happy to do for you. I can not even begin to file a claim until the items below are provided to me. It then takes 30 days for domestic and 45 days for international before a response is received from the Post Office. I will refund all charges minus the pay pal fees, etsy fees, and listing fees as i can not recover those in these lengthy time frames. If something does not arrive, I will refund your purchase once I receive any and all documentation required by the USPS to file a claim. Please contact me if anything is unclear BEFORE you purchase. I do not refund or cancel due to buyer's remorse!

If for some reason your item does not arrive, I will offer a full refund paid in two parts. I will initially refund HALF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE. I will then file a claim with the US Postal Service which takes approximately 3 weeks to complete if done online. Once I receive an accepted claim from the PO, I will refund the remainder of your purchase cost.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT ALL REFUNDS ARE ISSUED THROUGH PAY PAL AND WHEN YOU ACCEPT PAY PAL PAYMENTS, WHICH YOU WOULD BE RECEIVING, PAY PAL TAKES THEIR CUT SO THE REFUND AMOUNT MAY NOT BE THE EXACT AMOUNT YOU SPENT. IT IS USUALLY .30 FOR THE TRANSACTION AND SMALL PERCENT OF WHAT THE REFUND AMOUNT WAS.

My standard shipping rates are based on the United States Postal Service Flat Rate Priority shipping costs. Often I will ship priority mail without flat rate to save you money. I will return any unused shipping that is over $2.00 USD via Pay Pal.

I SHIP PRIORITY to any country OUTSIDE the US due to the following:

* There is No Tracking of packages sent First Class mail to a country outside the US, which means I can not Guarantee your item will arrive.
* I will cover insurance costs for anything breakable when Priority Shipping Costs are paid by the Customer.
* I insist on Insurance on SOME items due to their fragile nature and scarcity, this protects both YOU, the buyer, and myself if there is damage or loss. I can and will return you money INCLUDING shipping costs immediately under the conditions below:

The broken item.
