It is important to me that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item(s). If exchanging for a different size or color, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping, and the new item will be sent out (at my cost) when I have received the previously purchased item back. If returning an item for a refund, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, and a refund will be issued when I have received the item back.

I accept PayPal, all major credit cards via Etsy Direct Checkout or PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account), money orders, certified checks, and personal checks. Prompt payment is greatly appreciated.

Maine residents will pay 5% sales tax.

I'm happy to combine shipping for purchases made in this shop and my wire jewelry shop, The Curly Kitty. Just let me know you are purchasing from both shops, and I can send you a revised invoice or a refund via PayPal.

All items come either wrapped in tissue paper or in a gift box and tied with grosgrain ribbon, and are carefully packaged in either a bubble envelope or a sturdy cardboard box, with a sales receipt included. The tissue paper I use is 100% recycled, and the gift boxes are mostly 100% recycled. I also try to re-use bubble envelopes and shipping boxes whenever possible.

All items will ship via USPS First Class Mail (or First Class International) with delivery confirmation. If you wish to upgrade to Priority Mail, I'd be happy to do so for an additional fee; please contact me for a quote. Items will ship after payment has been received, usually within 3 business days of purchase.

If you are purchasing a gift for someone, I'd be happy to enclose a little note and ship it to the recipient for you. Just let me know by putting a note in the Message to Seller box on the Order Confirmation screen, or sending me a conversation immediately after your purchase.

Turn around time for custom orders varies depending on the complexity of the order and whether I have the materials on hand, but most items can be ready within a couple of weeks.
