When I told her I had received an empty box, because the item had either been taken or fallen out in transit, she sent me a replacement one for free. The peppermint shampoo bar is very well-made and I am happy with it.

How to use shampoo bars?
Solid shampoo is basically the liquid you know from the plastic bottle without water. So all you have to do is circle it over your head and lather it up properly. Super easy!
My deodorant crumbles when I apply it, what can I do?
The deodorant is made from natural ingredients and reacts depending on the weather (softer in summer, firmer in winter) or how warm it is in your bathroom. If you like it less crumbly, you have two options: 1. wet your fingers or armpit with water and then take out of the can. 2. put some coconut oil on the finders and then take it out of the can.
