5 out of 5 starsAll I can say is, Wilmington's scroll design in ANY color is the perfect background fabric for 75% of my projects. when I'm having trouble deciding on a background, all I have to do is look to the Wilmington scroll design and it almost always does it for me. now for this shop? they're wonderful
