Custom orders are welcome. As our jewelry is made to order, we can customize most designs in the shop with different gemstones, karat and color of gold. If you don’t see your size in the listing, we can adjust the piece to your size. If you have a design in mind that you’d like to see come to life, let us know! We’d love to work together on your dream piece. Please note: custom orders are not refundable.

Processing time & shipping

As our jewelry is made to order, please note that the processing time is 2-4 weeks. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before your order has shipped. When placing an order, please double check that your address is correct. We cannot be responsible if the order doesn’t arrive due to an incorrect shipping address. We offer free worldwide standard shipping! Parcels sent with standard shipping should arrive in most countries between 14-21 business days. If you need your order faster, please choose express shipping at checkout or contact us for a quote for next day delivery. All orders will be updated with a tracking number as soon as it is shipped.

Do you re-size rings?

If you have any questions regarding sizing please feel free to contact us or visit this website to check your size - https://findmyringsize.com/ If a ring you ordered from ELIA is too small or big, we will happily re-size it for free (minus shipping costs), or help find a local goldsmith in your area to assist you.

Does your jewelry come with a warranty?

We will happily repair your ELIA fine jewelry piece free of charge within 12 months of purchase.

What is the difference between lab-grown diamonds and natural diamonds?
