WHAT IS 40PT COTTON STOCK: This is a premium paper is heavy and super thick, thickness is of two standard cards! It is all natural cotton, white and uncoated. This 40pt Cotton paper is from Gmund’s Lakepaper, world leader in premium paper from Germany. Lakepaper is FSC®-certified which obliges in environmental protection in the paper industry.Application of letterpress with the same color on both sides is possible and blind press is also applicable. WHAT IS LETTERPRESS: Letterpress printing leaves an impression in the paper by pressing into the paper from one side. You may use any of the ink choices listed to make a lasting impression on the cards!

WHAT IS BLIND DEBOSSING: This process will create a pressed or three dimensional logo or name on your business card. Debossing is reverse of embossing and produces a reverse impression. We can do debossing along with letterpress on these cards, price is extra so please contact us at printforbrands [!at] gmail.com before purchase.

ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS: We need your artwork to be a minimum 300 dpi, in a PDF/AI/PSD, CMYK file, all fonts outlined. 3.62" x 2.04" is the full document size we need, with trim area at 3.54"x1.97". For blind embossing we need a separate layer containing only the blind embossed part, with K set to 100%. Original PSD or AI file with all layers needed, fonts outlined. 1.6"x0.8" is the maximum allowed size for the blind embossed portion. If you need a larger embossing area, there is a surcharge. IMPORTANT NOTE : Please keep letterpress area to the minimum, and line artwork is recommended. We are able to do ink letterpress on both sides.
