I am happy to work with you to design a custom piece. Ready made items are shipped within 3-5 days of payment. Custom orders will depend on the design required. This will be arranged at point of order and I will keep you informed of progress. Please send me a message to discuss your ideas.

Please note busy times of the year delivery may take longer. If you wish to upgrade your orders shipping/post option to expedited delivery please contact me for costs.

UK orders will be sent 1st class signed for apart from a few smaller pieces that will be sent 1st class. Please contact me should you wish to pay for a faster delivery service.

Some items can be made to the measurement you require, please send me a message to discuss your requirements.
My work is all hand stitched so re-makes may differ slightly. If an exact measurement is important please contact me so I can give you the details or make a custom design.

Where possible I will recycle outer packaging. The inner packaging will be new. If you require all new packaging please contact me to arrange this.
I can offer gift wrapping, again please contact me to arrange.

Some pieces contain beads or parts which are 'pre-loved'. They are labeled as having recycled parts. Should you wish to ask about anything specific or see more photos please contact me and I'm happy to help.

I aim to describe pieces as accurately as possible. The measurements are approximate as the different between cm and inches is not easy to pin point. Any questions please do contact me.
Different screens may show colours slightly differently so please be aware of this. I am happy to send a sample of braid if I still have it in stock should an exact colour match be required. The cost for samples is £1 for UK and £2 for anywhere else. Please contact me to arrange.
