Our glass beads are properly kiln-annealed, making them as durable as your cookware. This meticulous process ensures they are sturdy and long-lasting. While they are durable, we recommend avoiding throwing them onto tile surfaces.

We understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. While we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences or fit, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We will happily accept returns if your jewelry arrives damaged, but we kindly ask for photographic evidence of the damaged item and its packaging.

If you believe an item is missing from your order, please provide us with a photograph of the delivery box as we meticulously double-check and pack each order.

International orders typically take approximately 2-6 weeks to arrive, although transit times may vary. Please be aware that during holiday seasons, shipping timelines may be temporarily extended, and customs delays can sometimes occur. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs processes in your country.

Please remember to collect your packages from the post office! In case a package is returned to me as unclaimed, I have a couple of options available:

1) I can issue a refund for the items, minus the shipping and Etsy tax.
2) I can re-send the items, but this will involve an additional shipping charge.
All of my orders are shipped with tracking numbers, and I also provide the tracking number in a message to you. Kindly show your support by ensuring you pick up your packages. Thank you!
