This is a flattened spiral shape shawl pin or scarf pin.I hand hammered them for a rustic look.

It holds your scarf or shawl together to keep out the cold or prevent it from falling.This is a very heavy duty strong pin so it should be able to handle pretty much any scarf or shawl.

You could even wear this as a hair bun holder though it might be hard to work it through the hair if it's really tight.

It is so light you won't even notice you're wearing it, but everyone else will!

Aluminum is an awesome metal to work with as it's flexible,inexpensive, light, won't tarnish, and can be anodized to create a rainbow of different wire colors.
