Handmade item

Materials: silver, fine silver, sapphire, enamel

A tiny hand carved flower with a pink sapphire is the focal point of this pendant. The leaf is constructed from fine silver and green enamel.

It comes in a gift box. The glass enamel I use is lead free.

My silver creations are made with Precious Metal Clay fine silver. I use PMC3 or FYI fine silver, and fire for a full 2 hours at 1650F to ensure full sintering of the metal. Unlike my polymer work, these metal pieces are not one-of-a-kind. I carefully construct each one by hand using molds of my own creation of my own designs. Since they are all made by hand no two will be exactly alike. Slight variations in the metal, design, enamel, patina, or stones will be present in every piece. Recreating one of them exactly will be impossible, but similar works will be made unless I discontinue a particular design.

I am happy to custom engrave (by hand carving in metal clay) the back of new fine silver or copper pieces, or make a similar piece with a different color of stone (many colors are available in cubic zirconia, limited sapphire availability.) Custom pieces will take at least 4 weeks to complete depending on my waiting list at the time. I unfortunately cannot engrave pieces that are already complete. Flat cost of 5 dollars for engraving words.
