We accept custom orders for our cookies, stencils and cookie cutters :) If you don't see anything you need from the shop and have something specific in mind, let me know!

Returns and Exchanges

All our cookies, stencils and cookie cutters are made to order, specially for you! So unfortunately we do not accept any cancellations or returns once your order has been placed as we do begin processing your order once this is in our queue. But if you receive a damaged item, let us know and we will assist you immediately!

USA & International Shipping and Delivery Info

Your delivery time depends on where you reside, but as a general rule by standard mail within North America it will be between approx 4-9 business days and up to an estimated 30 business days everywhere else. Please see each individual listing or your order invoice for our current processing time and your estimated ship-by date. All USA orders will come with a tracking number. Most International orders will come with a tracking number as well depending on availability through our partner couriers. If your order will come with tracking, you will be able to view it through your order history once the package has been shipped to you.

Canada Shipping and Delivery Info

Your delivery time depends on where you reside and what you purchase. Please see current shop processing time on each individual listing. If you purchased CUTTERS or CUTTERS & STENCILS, these are sent by Regular parcel with tracking info and takes about 2-7 business days depending on where you live. If you need Overnight or Extra fast shipping, UPS option is available upon checkout for 1-2 business days delivery.

Can I Expedite the delivery of my items?

You can upgrade to Expedited shipping (depending on your country of residence) during the checkout process. Please note that Expediting your shipping *does not* affect our processing times which remain fixed. This will only ensure you get it quicker once your box ships out. As each cutter is printed to order, our processing times reflect our current order queue status. If you do need your order sooner than the stated processing time and delivery time, let us know before purchase so we can see if we might be able to help you.

ABOUT OUR CUTTERS:

We use only the best PLA filaments that are 100% food safe and biodegradable. Our filament is stronger than standard PLA material. All our cutters come in a pastel green color as pictured and lovingly packaged and shipped with care.

Each cutter has a wide grip on top for easy handling and dough cutting, and a sharp cutting edge to ensure nice clean edges for your cookies.

All cutters are made to order, we only print as you order from us and do not keep any in stock. This is to ensure we are able to give your cutters the best attention as they are made, just for you!

GENERAL SIZING GUIDELINES:

All sizes are approximate as shapes will vary, and the size options displayed are showing the longest length of the cookie cutter. Please keep in mind that length this may include narrow portions of the cutter such as bunny ears, or animal legs etc so you may need to size up or down depending on what you are looking for. If you have a question or need a specific or custom size, just let us know!

SIZING FOR MINIS: Our mini cutters are approx 2.2" x 2.2" in size, some may be ever so slightly bigger depending on their shape but in general they will be about 2.2"!

CARE:

Please do not place our cutters in the dishwasher as these will warp. Handwash gently under lukewarm water, and airdry. Do not soak your cookie cutters.
