Each hat is handmade by me, this way I can make sure I'm creating your hat how you'd want it to be made. All hats are a high quality 100% lightweight, breathable cotton. They are a perfect, everyday staple for all your outfits. On the back, there is a metal adjustable strap back to size it how you'd like it to fit!

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after they are placed. We use USPS First class for all orders in the United States. Orders arrive within 2-7 business days after the order is placed, unless the Priority Mail option was chosen at checkout. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska also arrive in 3-7 business days; orders to US Virgin Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico usually take about 2 weeks to arrive. International shipping typically takes between 2-3 weeks.

Our store policy is that we will accept returns on items that are NOT CUSTOM ORDERS.

We will accept the return if the items are shipped back to us within 7 days of the items being delivered to you. Please email us and let us know that you are doing a return before you mail the parcel back. Return costs are to be paid by the buyer. We will issue you a refund once the package has been delivered back.

Don’t put caps into the laundry — either the washer or dryer.

Hand-washing is really the best method to retain both the color and shape of the hat.

Here are some steps to clean your hat:
1. Fill a clean sink or bucket with warm water. Err on the side of cool versus hot
2. As it’s filling, add a tablespoon of laundry detergent
3. Spot-clean the hat first, as needed
4. Let the hat soak for up to a couple hours
5. Rinse all the soap off with warm water
6. Pat down with a towel to get rid of excess moisture
7. Let it air dry.
