CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To preserve the appearance of your sterling silver and Ruby ring:

• Avoid direct contact with perfume, cosmetics, household chemicals, chlorine, and salt water.
• Remove the ring before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or doing physical work.
• Protect the Ruby and raised setting from strong impacts, scratches, and abrasive surfaces.
• Store the ring separately in its original box when not in use.
• Clean the raised silver surfaces gently with a soft silver-polishing cloth.
• Clean the Ruby with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it carefully.
• Do not use harsh chemical, ultrasonic, steam, or abrasive cleaners on the gemstone or oxidized details.
• Avoid polishing the recessed areas excessively, as this may reduce the contrast of the oxidized finish.

Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time. This is a normal characteristic of genuine silver and can be gently polished when needed.

SHIPPING, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

For deliveries to the United States, applicable import duties and mandatory import-related fees are included in the checkout price in accordance with Etsy policy. US buyers are not expected to make an additional tariff payment upon delivery.

For destinations outside the United States, buyers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, tariff charges, clearance fees, or other mandatory local expenses upon delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
