How do I download my files?

After payment clears, open Etsy.com in a browser, sign in and go to Purchases and Reviews. Download the ZIP and extract it before opening the files. The Etsy app does not currently support digital downloads. Made-to-order products have no finished file immediately after checkout; we deliver the agreed files when the project is complete.

Which software do I need?

Excel products require Microsoft Excel desktop with .xlsx support. Google Sheets and mobile spreadsheet apps have not been tested. PDF worksheets can be printed from a PDF reader. HTML templates require basic HTML/CSS knowledge or developer support; they are source files, not native WordPress, Shopify or Wix themes. Read the specific listing before buying.

Are the printable PDFs editable or fillable?

Our printable operation worksheets are designed for printing and handwriting. They are not fillable PDF forms or editable Canva templates. A4 and US Letter PDFs contain the same worksheet designs in two paper sizes. Print at Actual Size / 100% using matching paper. The exact page count is stated in each listing.

How do custom website and software projects work?

Message us on Etsy before purchase with your goal and anonymised examples. We agree pages or workflow, revisions, compatible environment, prerequisites and delivery timing. Original design or source-code files are created after the complete brief. Domain, hosting, paid plugins, third-party fees and ongoing maintenance are separate unless the listing explicitly includes them. Do not send passwords, payment details or private customer records through Etsy.

Which payment and shipping integrations are included?

The WooCommerce package covers the compatible payment and shipping providers agreed for your country and business before purchase. Merchant approval, provider accounts and API access may be required. We test the agreed integrations before digital handover. Provider transaction fees, paid licences, postage and account activation are separate. Availability depends on your country, platform and provider; no universal compatibility is promised.

Can I use the files for my business or resell them?

One purchaser may use the files for personal or internal business purposes under the licence in the listing. Printable copies may be used in your own business with your clients. Do not redistribute or resell the files as templates. Custom design/code is licensed for one business end project. Third-party components retain their own licences.

What if I have a problem with a download?

Message us on Etsy with the listing name, software version and a description of the issue. We can help locate downloads and review file problems. Avoid sharing private customer records or account credentials. These are digital products with no physical shipment. Etsy purchase protection and any applicable statutory rights are not limited by this FAQ.
