High quality simple basket tote, handwoven from natural willow, it is perfect size for summer purse for everyday. (Bow is not included)

COLOR/FINISH explanation:

"Undyed/Natural" means the natural color of the willow, with no finish (most of items in our shop are pictured in natural color). If you intend to keep the item indoors (other than bathroom and very moist places), it is perfectly fine to leave it undyed.

"Transparent Lacquer" means very glossy transparent finish that doesn't change natural color of the willow. It also gives protection form water/moisture. Since it is oil based, it has certain odor that evaporates over time.

"Custom Color" means opaque color (any color, shiny or matte) or stain (woody semitransparent tones) of your choice. It also protects the item from water/moisture. In opaque colors, you can choose some of the basic colors (red, white, yellow, blue, black...) or some other mixed color that we can try to replicate (you can send a picture of desired color), but do not expect us to match it exactly. For this color/finish option, please message me.
Most of opaque colors are oil based, so they have glossy finish and certain odor that evaporates over time. For some pastel and whites we can use water based colors, that have matte finish, no odor.

Returns & exchanges

Slight variations are always possible with handmade items, in terms of color and shape, and due to differences in light and monitor settings, so please have that in mind.

In cases product is visibly damaged or broken during transport, provided you send us the pictures of the damaged goods, we will make and send you the same item at our expense.

Since our items are handmade, and often customized in terms of color and/or dimensions, and due to high shipping prices relative to our item prices, we cannot accept exchanges requests (unless the customer pays for BOTH the return shipping and the shipping for the new item to be sent). So please make sure that the item you are purchasing suits your needs (dimensions, colors, etc.) and if anything is unclear, we are always happy to answer any questions or concerns regarding your order anytime.
To your request, we can also take and send you the pictures of the very items you purchased before shipping, so you can be sure how exactly they look like.
We accept cancelation of order, but only before shipping, in cases where the item is not customized or painted with custom color.

If, however, you are not satisfied with the product when it arrives, you can return the product within 30 days, in the same condition and packaging it was upon arrival, provided you pay the return shipping, and then we will refund the value of the item purchased (but not the original shipping).
(Since our items are bulky, in most cases, the value of item ordered is in the level of the shipping price for that item, so it usually isn't financially rational to return items, that is why we do not encourage it, but rather advise you to get all relevant info about the items before you purchase it.

Shipping prices are set according to prices of registered parcel/package (WITH tracking number) in our local post office, which is the default sending method.

Typical delivery times this way are:
7 - 20 days if you are located in Europe;
10 - 25 days if you live outside Europe (occasionally it can take longer).

There is an option offered for air/priority mail, that is bit more expensive and should be faster.
*For USA customers : in our experience so far, in most cases, it doesn't really speed up the delivery time, because most of registered parcels/packages to USA are sent by airmail anyway.*

If you need really fast/ express shipping, please contact me, so I can arrange and inform you on prices with EMS or TNT (they are by far the most expensive options).

*Any additional customs that are eventually charged in buyer's country are not our responsibility.

**Please always double check your shipping address on Etsy, because that is the address we will send your order to.
In cases where the package returns to us, due to your mistake in the address/dated address/refusal of package by the recipient/not picking up the package in timely manner (or any other reason that is out of our control), in most cases, we will not be able to refund you at all, except in cases where the value of items purchased is greater than the return shipping price (that we have to pay when package returns to us) - in such cases, we can partially refund the value of items purchased.

No, our items are not vintage. Our items are newly made, in most cases, they are made to order, or have been made in the previous months. With more than 30 years of experience in this craft, you can be sure all of our products are of the best quality you can find, carefully woven from locally grown willow, yet sturdy and made to be used and longlasting.
