All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped in sturdy, bend-proof packaging to ensure they get to you in perfect condition.
The prints and the framed originals will be protected with a silk paper for no contact with the plastic envelope.
They will be packaged in a highly safe packaging.

All items are shipped via La Poste International Service. Shipping cost depends on a variety of factors including size of items, weight and destination.
• Illustrations and framed originals will be sent with a tracking number.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location and item ordered.
All duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery.

International shipments may experience customs related delays that are beyond the control of the seller.


WHAT IF MY ITEM GETS LOST IN THE MAIL OR ARRIVES DAMAGED ?

Before contacting me, please make sure you have read our processing + shipping times and contacted the shipping carrier using the tracking info that was emailed to you.
In the event your order arrives damaged please contact me immediately and attach a photo of the damage. I will create and send a replacement right away.

If an order states that it has been delivered no refunds or replacements will be issued.

My paintings and my collages are coated with varnish to protect the colors for extended time and to ensure durability and protection against changes in room temperature and dust.
All the framed originals are ready to hang.

To keep the paintings from discoloring and fading, avoid displaying them in places that are exposed to direct sunlight, high humidity and extreme temperatures.

The giclees and the prints are not varnished.
The original illustrations are not varnished cause of alcohol makers with red colors. The brush and varnish cause damage to the color.

To keep the illustrations from discoloring and fading, I recommend placing them in glass picture frames to preserve the colors.

Do not expose your illustration to direct sunlight, high humidity and extreme temperatures.

Digital printing becomes a giclee print ( or a fine art print ) when it differs from a mechanical reproduction in large quantities.
• It is created and often printed by the artist.
• It is printed in a limited edition of 15 or 30 copies to preserve its status of "work of art".
• It is composed of inks and 100% acid-free papers such as Epson, Halnemühle, Arches ... for a long life in glass picture frames.
