Originally I ordered a battery operated watch. After receiving it I became aware that it was not functioning properly. Prior to that Oskars had been communicating with me by answering questions that I had regarding the purchase. He was very helpful. When I described my issue he, with no hesitation, offered to send me another watch. I chose something comparable, but instead of a battery operated it was a mechanical. Words can't express how much I like this watch. Well crafted and and elegant. Thank you Oskars!
