To personalize items that include names, addresses, or custom phrasing, please include the details in the personalization box when adding to your cart. Items are personalized in the style shown in the listing photos, such as all-uppercase, unless otherwise specified or requested. In order to make and send orders quickly, personalized items do not include a design proof.

Not for nothing but we like to think our products make great gifts! All products arrive without pricing details on the packaging so they're ready to gift, and we'll leave out the packing slip from orders sent directly to the recipient.

Since every item at Phoebe & June is crafted by hand, we begin all orders as soon as they're placed so they're ready to ship within 1-3 business days, including personalized items. Orders are shipped via USPS from Smithsburg, Maryland. First Class packages typically take 3-5 business days for delivery and Priority packages typically take 1-3 business days. International shipping varies from 1-4 weeks depending on the destination and customs process. You are able to choose from all available shipping methods at checkout.
