Buyers are responsible for return shipping for any return and exchange items.

For your protection against courier loss, theft, or damages, we kindly recommend acquiring tracking info with your return/exchange item. Please send us a conversation message with the tracking number so we may help keep a close eye on it should delays occur.

For exchange items, we will cover the shipping cost for the new item to be sent to you.

Please do not ship your item to us using UPS as they do not ship to P.O. box locations. Your item will be deemed undeliverable in their system and your item will be sent back to you.

Due to their one-of-a-kind nature - unless damaged or defective - all personalized custom orders are non-returnable / non-refundable.

We welcome custom order requests on a case-by-case basis. Custom order request acceptance depend upon details, which include, but are not limited to the following:

- Resource (time equity, materials, etc.) availability.
- Size and scale of proposal.
- Lead time constraints.
- Terms and Conditions compliance, etc.

To enlist this non-refundable / non-returnable service for any of our items, - for wholesale bulk orders, or to create a new custom leather bag design (patent and copyright infringement laws apply) - please send us a conversation message.

If you’re unsure about what size to select, we kindly recommend measuring the area you would like the bag to lay on your body. Then, select the closest belt+bag length on the size drop down menu.

If there is no available range for your sizes, a separate belt (minus bag) may be purchased at the "Pont" belt strap listing.

If you ordered the wrong sized belt (minus bag), send us a message to start the exchange process. (Not applicable to full service, multi-day assessment, custom orders.)

Buyers are responsible for the shipping fees to send the strap back to us. We will cover the cost of the shipment of the new strap, to you.

Or, follow these instructions: Gently hold main tube of the Chapstick holder with index finger and thumb. Slide lip balm base into main tube of chapstick holder until it stops at bottom riveted strap. Insert finger or blunt lead pencil - without lead sticking out - into bottom end of Chapstick holder, lifting rivet strap over lip balm. Slide lip balm all the way into Chapstick holder. Slide lid over lip balm cap. Attach to key ring.

All our items are shipped using USPS. We recommend visiting or calling your local USPS branch to get details on how to receive your package.

Unfortunately, we do not have control over third party courier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) operations and are not responsible any damages resulting from items in their possession. (Please Note: In ordering from our shop, you accept these terms.)

While you may return your brand newly-made, non-customized item within the return policy window, under no circumstances do we accept returns for items used and damaged beyond repair.

If the item is forcefully returned without prior notice (via conversation message), we will review the item. A 20-40% usage/damage fee may be deducted from your total return refund amount upon your confirmation.

Or, if you refuse to have the usage/damage fees applied to your refund - you may have the item returned to you by purchasing a shipping label at the "Accoutrements Personalization” listing.

We welcome wholesale and bulk purchase discounts for businesses, weddings, family reunions, year-end closing gifts, and the like. For more info, send us a conversation message.

Unfortunately, all our discounted clearance items are non-customizable. However, we often do carry a version of it in our current regular priced inventory. Simply find the regularly priced listing, and add your belt length customization and/or your engraved monogram.

Unfortunately, we cannot post date prior sales to make them qualify for current promotions. To be notified of future sales for an item, follow that item on our shop and Etsy will notify you if it ever goes on sale.
