Do you combine shipping?

To save our customers money, we are happy to combine shipping of multiple items. We make every effort to keep shipping costs at a minimum and we will also gladly refund any overage in shipping costs.

Are your items authentic vintage?

We take great pride in only finding and selling truly vintage items. that's what makes our treasure hunts so fun. Keep in mind that their imperfections are part of their charm. We reveal these imperfections in detail, in each listing. Therefore, every item is sold "as is".

How soon do you ship?

We will ship your item within 1 business day. We can't wait for you to enjoy your purchase.

Do you answer questions quickly?

Absolutely. I have my Etsy messages on my phone, so I can answer you right away. We welcome any question you may have about an item. We take customer service very seriously and we are very excited about making sure your transaction is seamless.

Do you charge any handling fees?

Certainly not. We try to keep our prices and shipping expenses as low as possible for our customers. No hidden fees at all.

What if an item was damaged during shipping?

We make every effort to carefully wrap an item before shipping. If an item was received damaged in any way, please notify us within 3 DAYS by sending us photos of the item along with the original box and packaging. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a store credit

Do you offer flat rate shipping?

We do offer flat rate shipping with NO handling fee in order to save you money. This is typically used for heavier items shipping to areas other than the East Coast (which is where we ship from). Please feel free to ask for this option.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We will ship to anyone you want nicely wrapped with a hand written personal note on nice paper from you.

What if a package is lost in shipping?

We will only ship to the address you provide. We will initiate a Missing Mail claim with the USPS on your behalf. We will work with you on locating the item, but cannot be responsible for the postal service losing an item.
