There was an issue with the design and shape of the dog in the beginning but they sent a proof and they changed it with no problems and corrected the mistake. Sent me new proofs before it shipped. And it was great

We love these! The one is absolutely perfect. The other pup's eyes are a bit wonky (uneven, spread apart). Because they are hand made, I should have and would recommend sending as many photos as possible
