My love for art is therapy for me and hopefully an encouragement for others. My whimsical style calls to the youth in all of us to remember brighter stress free times and to hold fast our hope for a brighter future. The Indian in me lends a hand to my eclectic collection of artwork as well.... Before breast cancer I was an avid teacher of people. I home schooled my oldest, taught elderly craft classes, taught handicapped children and adults, participated in numerous church/youth activities, taught in a Christian School (primarily high school), and taught in a local junior college. Teaching and art is in my blood. I find my artwork to be a comforting therapy. I still love to teach but the stress of the job has proven to be a bit too much for me now days. So, now I create. Send me a conversation and offer me some positive feedback. I love hearing from ya'll! Enjoy shopping! And please, enjoy life. We only get to live it once....
