5 out of 5 starsIt's perfect! Just like the picture, identical. The chain has a pretty heart-shaped clasp with a heart that says "handmade with love". It came in a pretty cushioned box with a greeting and a discount code. I love the detail on the piece and the fact that you get exactly what you see... And a bit more. It arrived much earlier than expected and overall I'm very happy with my necklace. Thank you, Chiara!

5 out of 5 starsIt's the second I have ordered. The first one was for a friend and I really wanted one for myself. Compared with the first, this one had redder cakes and a yellower milk, which give a cheerful look to the ring. Very delicious ring that I wear very often.

It was for a gift and after a moment of surprise when my friend opened the box (she hadn't realised it was a ring and was wondering why I would offer her something for a dollhouse :) she just couldn't remove it for days. Very happy with this purchase and Chiara's sweet world.

Shipping
Items are holded in a lovely organza bag or in a cute paperboard gift box .
I ship your packet only after the receipt of payment.
My jewels are often made to order, and it may take 3-5 working days to get them ready to be shipped. I want to offer to my customers an high-quality product, so everyting must be perfect ,and the glues and resins have to dry very well before shipping.
For custom made requests, it may take some more time.

I use priority airmail for international shipping, with NO tracking and NO insurance, trying to avoid you expenses of customs taxes.
My shop is located in Italy, so the items usually reach their destination in 2 to 4 weeks for USA , 5-14 days for Europe and italy, more than 1month for Australia.
The postal service is slower during holidays, like Christmas. It may be slower because of weather too.
These are aproximatively the rates of the international tracked shipping:
Europe 10 USD (it depends on weight)
USA 11.00 USD (it depends on weight)
All Othe Countries 12.00 USD (it depends on weight)

Additional policies and FAQs
I use real and first-rate ceramic miniatures for my pieces.
I sometimes use molds (when I'm in a hurry), but they are stricktly made by myself and modeled on my own handmade creations. All food, drinks and decors are totally handmade by me.
Some rings or brooches, in particular those with ceramic cups and plates, are fragile by nature, in spite of my tenacious and careful gluing and assembling. Is better to handle them with care, because none glue could guarantee an eternal resistance!
As time goes by, chains and findings of jewels could tarnish. Just clean them with silver polisher, and they will come back to the original shine.
I can customize everything you see in my shop. Just ask me, and I will try to grant your wishes :)
