We ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is a flat $5.95 on orders under $50 and free on orders of $50 or more (enter code BBRIFREESHIP50 at checkout). The shipping cost is shown in your cart before you pay. There are no additional handling fees. Items may ship separately from different production facilities at no extra shipping charge.

Each item is made to order by our print partners, primarily at U.S. facilities. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, and U.S. delivery then takes about 3–8 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees; holidays, peak season and carrier delays can add time. Check each listing for its estimated arrival. Tracking is provided as each package ships. Items in one order may arrive on different days.

Contact us through Etsy before mailing a return. Return unworn, unwashed, non-personalized items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. You pay return postage; original shipping is not refunded. No restocking fee. We do not offer direct exchanges: return the eligible item and place a new order. Personalized/custom items are returnable only if damaged, defective or incorrect. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection; your bank may take another 5–10 business days. For damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items, message us through Etsy within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will provide a free replacement or full refund, including shipping; no return is needed unless requested. If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or says delivered but you cannot find the package, contact us with the order number. We will work with the carrier and print partner and provide a replacement or refund when a package is confirmed lost or damaged in transit.

Orders are sent to production automatically, so please request any change or cancellation within 1 hour of purchase. Message us through Etsy right away with your order number and the exact change or cancellation request. If production has not started, we will make the change or cancel for a full refund. Once production begins, orders usually cannot be changed or canceled. Packages returned because of an incorrect address can be reshipped for the cost of new postage.

Please check the size chart and fit details for the specific item before ordering. Compare the listed measurements with a similar garment you already own rather than relying only on a size letter. If you are unsure, message us through Etsy with the item you are considering before placing your order. Each item is made to order, and we do not offer direct exchanges.

Block Island is the inspiration behind our designs. Our apparel and goods are made to order by production partners, primarily at U.S. facilities; island-inspired artwork does not mean an item was manufactured on the island. Production location can vary by item and partner. Check the individual listing for materials, decoration and production details, or message us before ordering.

Our embroidered Block Island crewneck range includes Purple, Black, Navy, Maroon, Heliconia, Dark Heather, Indigo Blue and Military Green, in sizes S–5XL. The fabric is a 50% cotton / 50% polyester blend, with white BLOCK ISLAND embroidery. Availability can vary; check the individual listing’s options and size chart.

Care: machine wash cold, use non-chlorine bleach as needed, and tumble dry low. Do not dry clean. For other products, follow the care label and the individual listing.
