I am so pleased with our new rug! I was nervous to spend so much on a rug without seeing the exact colors in person but Charlotte was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions and, in the end, the rug is even more beautiful than I had imagined. I am thrilled and will absolutely keep this shop in mind for future purchases! P.S. I should also add that the rug arrived within just a few days of ordering. I couldn't believe it and was so excited when the courier rang our bell!
