I was a bit hesitant to spend so much money for a rug off the internet that I hadn't seen in real life, especially one this size that was going to take over my living space, but it was absolutely worth it. Quality, colour, shipping, communication with the seller - I can't say enough good things about it (thanks Charlotte!). AND it arrived in two days. So to all the indecisive souls out there: go for it, you won't regret it!

I got the 8 x 10, denim, rag rug. I LOVE it!! I replaced the mostly red, wool, oriental rug that I have had for 19 years. I just felt I wanted something more calm and serene and this rug fit the bill. We live at the lake, so ease of care is a huge consideration. Our living room sectional is slip covered in denim, so this rug is perfect. The rug arrived much more quickly than the tracking estimate. It was folded in a double box. The box was covered in plastic wrap. When I unwrapped it and unfolded it it lay flat almost immediately. I am very fussy about smells and odors, and this rug had none! As previous reviewers have mentioned, Charlotte was delightful to deal with. Her emails were so thoughtful and helpful I feel as if she’s a friend. I even sent her pictures of my room before and after! :-)
