The rug is gorgeous, we love it. That it is made from upcycled materials just makes it more lovely in our eyes. What I can't say enough about is how marvelous Charlotte is. I went out of town right after placing my order and was basically unreachable for a week. There was a problem with my order (that was 100% my own doing) and Charlotte went to unbelievable lengths to sort it out. Much gratitude.

The rug looks exactly as it does in the photos. The shop owner was very quick to respond and helpful. It wasn’t the easiest to get it delivered to us in the US but she made it happen. We are very happy with this color and soft rug.

We were excited when when we ordered this rug, since we had to rely on our imagination, pairing the pictures and our living room. We even printed the images and carpeted the floor with A4 prints. :-) The order process was flawless, Charlotte sent instant answers to every questions we had. With the rug we received a handwritten and personalized letter and fashionable little scissor to keep our rugrag looking always spotless. The moment of unrolling the rug left us breathless, it fitted so perfectly with everything and us, like it were a customized design. Rough but cozy, it gives a warm feel however fits all seasons and moods, and the adorable "green" concept behind. Thank you House of Dhurries and Charlotte!

I just love this carpet!!! The colours are really pastel - mainly pink, white and blue. it goes perfectly nice with my blue-grey sofa. The delivery was super fast - I ordered on Monday and received the carpet on Friday, very well packaged. Many thanks!
