5 out of 5 starsNo issues with the seller or my item. The next part of this is in regard to the Etsy review process. Etsy would get more reviews for all of its sellers if they didn’t REQUIRE this to be filled out along with the star rankings. Adding the five word requirement, puts it over the top.

4 out of 5 starsI'm only giving a 4 out of 5 with the item quality because the shirt itself is thinner material that is quite see-thru & runs a little smaller than expected. The Design, Printing, Customer Service, communication & turn around were all top notch & accommodating to my request that deserve 5 stars.

5 out of 5 starsI would give this seller 10 stars if I could!!! I could not be more happy with my order. I contacted them ahead of time with a rush request for a gift and they went above and beyond to accommodate. When uncontrollable shipping delays prevented my order from arriving on the day expected, they made a SECOND order and overnighted it to me. Hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had. On top of that, the sweatshirt is absolutely perfect!! I had three pets embroidered, and the finished product looked almost identical to the photos I provided. I recommend this seller without reservation. Thank you so much for everything!

Production and shipping Time
Your item will ship out within 1-3 business days from the purchase date. Customized or personalized products are subject to longer shipping dates if proof is requested or clarification is needed. Expect longer shipping times during the holiday seasons. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for your package.
