Frequently asked questions
How do I receive my files?
These are digital products, so no physical item will be mailed. After Etsy confirms payment, sign in through a web browser and open Purchases and Reviews to download your PDF files. Etsy does not support digital downloads in its app. If you checked out as a guest, use the download link in your Etsy receipt email.
Are the PDFs fillable?
Unless a listing specifically says otherwise, the PDFs are not fillable. You can print them or read them on screen. To write in a file digitally, you’ll need a separate PDF annotation app. Check the individual listing for its exact format and page details.
Can I use a guide with clients?
Yes. One helping professional may use a purchased guide in their own work, including screen sharing and providing a current client or couple with one copy for use in your work together. Files may not be shared with colleagues, posted online, placed in a shared practice library, resold, redistributed, or used inside another product. Please check the buyer-use license in the individual listing.
Are these guides a form of therapy?
No. The guides are educational resources and do not replace therapy, diagnosis, crisis care, or advice tailored to your situation. Materials written for helping professionals also do not replace clinical judgment, risk assessment, supervision, consultation, or the professional’s legal and ethical scope of practice.
Are these official Gottman, IFS, or Atomic Habits materials?
No. Collaborative Guides is independent. Some guides draw on published models or authors where the listing says so, but they are not official training or certification materials and do not imply sponsorship, approval, affiliation, or endorsement. Each product listing includes the source and non-affiliation details that apply to that guide.
