We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and YunExpress.
While we maintain a 98% on-time delivery record, delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues that are beyond our control.

All orders include end-to-end tracking — from label creation to final delivery.
You can easily track your shipment under “Your Orders” on Etsy once it’s marked as shipped.

Orders are shipped exactly to the address provided at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address (e.g., missing apartment number, street number, or unverified USPS address) causes a delivery failure, we cannot be held responsible.
Refunds are not available for failed deliveries due to address errors.

Once an order is shipped, address changes are not possible. Re-shipping (if available) will incur additional charges.

We currently do not offer gift wrapping or custom packaging for blank supply orders.
For bulk printed or branded orders, we can discuss special packaging options on request.

We provide basic reference settings for sublimation (temperature, time, and pressure) on each product listing within the description section.

• 🔹 We do not offer training or classes on sublimation printing. Our products are designed for customers who already have basic knowledge and experience in sublimation.
