Some of my larger listings are contained within ‘.Zip’ files. This simply means that a number of files have been compressed into one, which is then uploaded to Etsy. Both Windows and Mac have the capacity to ‘unzip’ these files without the need for any additional software.

If you’re on a Windows PC, simply right-click on the .Zip file and press ‘Extract All’. It will either create a new folder in the same location as the .Zip you downloaded, or you can select a new location to save it to. You can then print and use the files at your leisure.

If you’re on a Mac, simply double-click the .Zip file and it will open into a new, regular folder and you can move/print the files inside as you wish.

As my items are digital files, and there is no way to 'return' items, my general policy is that sales are final and there are no returns or refunds as standard. I prefer to try and fix any problems you may have with your purchase/items instead.

You can download and re-download as many times as you like and print as many copies as you like. They are for your personal and non-commercial use only. Business printables can be used only for your own business organisation and aren't to be shared or sold in any capacity.

I don't ship any physical items.
