Not all items are eligible for return. All sales on clothing are final. See each item's individual listing for return/exchange eligibility. You must contact me in advance within 3 days after receipt of order to request a return authorization. Returns must be sent back in 7 days after receipt of order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be sent back unworn, in their original condition, & sent back with ALL packaging materials. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Tracking number must be included & provided to me so I'll know when to expect the item. For your safety & protection, please insure the returned package, as I cannot issue a refund for an item that gets lost or damaged while in transit back to me.

Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Tracking. You will be notified when your order has shipped and provided with the tracking number. USPS First Class mail is typically delivered within 4-8 days. If you need expedited shipping, please contact me PRIOR to checking out, so I can adjust the invoice to reflect your personal preferences.

► Please confirm the shipping address you enter is correct. Packages are shipped to the address that appears on the invoice. I cannot be responsible (or issue refunds) for packages that are lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address. Buyers are responsible for any re-shipment fees for packages returned due to an incorrect address.


Orders are shipped via USPS First Class International which to some countries could take up to 2-4 weeks to be delivered. Following the US Customs Law, all items are declared as "Merchandise" (along with the currency value) on the customs form.

DUTIES & FEES:
International buyers are responsible for paying all duties, customs charges and any fees that may apply to their specific country.

Depending upon your country, it's possible your order may be held at your local post office for pick up rather than delivered straight to your door. Sometimes it's because the recipient is not home when delivery attempt was made, or when customs fees are due. Typically, the postal service will leave a notice that delivery was attempted. Parcels that haven't been collected will eventually be returned to sender. In that situation, once I receive the order I will contact you to determine how you'd like to proceed. If you want the order reshipped, you'll have to pay the second shipping fee. If you prefer a refund, it will be for the item/s price only (assuming the order came back in its original condition). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The United States Postal Service enacted a new rule that uncollected packages may require a return shipping charge. Please be advised that if you don't collect your package, and it is returned to me, and I incur a reserve shipping charge - that full amount will be deducted from your refund - assuming the package is returned safely to me and all items are in their original condition. Damaged or missing items / packages are not eligible for a refund.

Please keep in mind that items labeled as vintage have been pre-owned and worn. I strive to list vintage items that are only in good to excellent condition. Details about any condition issues are listed in each individual product's description.

• Item colors: I take great care in providing you with a true representation of my items by photographing everything in natural sunlight. However, please be aware that each computer's monitor perceives colors differently.
