What do you need to start my order?

Please send your logo or artwork in the highest quality available (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, JPG, or PSD). Vector files are preferred for the best results.

What embroidery file formats do you provide?

We provide DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, HUS, XXX, VIP, CND, EMB, and many other machine formats. If you need a specific format, just let us know.

How long does digitizing take?

Our standard turnaround time is 4–12 hours. Rush orders can often be completed even sooner—please contact us before ordering if you have an urgent deadline.
