✔ Files are provided in formats suitable for home printing and digital use (PDF, JPG, PNG, or as specified in the listing).
✔ Colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and printer calibration.

2. Payment
✔ We accept all payment methods supported by Etsy (credit/debit cards, PayPal, Etsy Payments, etc.).
✔ Payment must be completed before download access is granted.

3. Download & Delivery
✔ After payment is confirmed, your digital files will be available for instant download via Etsy.
✔ You can download your files multiple times through your Etsy account under “Purchases and Reviews.”

4. Refunds & Exchanges
✔ Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
✔ We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
✔ If you experience issues downloading or opening files, please contact us, and we will assist you promptly.

5. Usage & Licensing
✔ All products are original works by the author.
✔ Sales are offered as a non-exclusive license – the author retains all rights.
✔ Customers may use the files for personal purposes in accordance with the license.

Personal Use License

8. Additional Delivery by Email
✔ While all digital products are available for instant download via Etsy, we may also send your files by email only upon the buyer’s request.
✔ To request email delivery, the buyer must provide: a description of the issue preventing download, proof of payment, the total amount paid, the date of purchase, the Etsy order number.
✔ We will respond to email delivery requests within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
✔ This service is optional and does not replace the standard Etsy download.

9. Privacy & GDPR Compliance
✔ We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
✔ Your name, email address, and purchase information are collected solely for order processing, communication regarding your orders, and delivery of digital products.
