1 out of 5 starsIt doesn't look anything like the photo; it's a scam. When I complained to the seller that what they sent was nothing like the item shown in the photos and supposedly being sold, they blackmailed me, saying they wouldn't refund my money unless I removed the review. A very bad experience.

Ci dispiace leggere questa recensione, soprattutto perché abbiamo gestito la situazione in modo corretto e trasparente dall’inizio alla fine. Il rimborso è stato emesso regolarmente tramite Etsy e non è mai stato richiesto di rimuovere la recensione in cambio del rimborso. Comprendiamo che possano esserci aspettative diverse sul prodotto, ma respingiamo con fermezza accuse come “truffa” o “ricatto”, che non rappresentano il nostro modo di lavorare. Il nostro obiettivo è sempre offrire supporto, disponibilità e una soluzione concreta ai clienti, come dimostrato anche in questo caso.

I contacted the seller directly, who promptly sent a new item back to me without any problems. I applaud the efficiency and professionalism of their customer service. Hats off!
