Not sure what happened here, but you said it was transferred to a plastic bottle when I messaged you, we sent it in a glass bottle which preserves olive oil better, not sure why it would be transferred to plastic bottle, maybe something happened that is out of our control when you transferred it. We did offer to provide a replacement, buyer declined.
