Too many nail holes in the wood. Not great for the application I used it for which was woodburning

I received 6 pieces of wood. None the same size, all about the same shape. Approx. 11 3/4" x 8 3/4". Can't really do much with these. Was hoping for pieces that looked more like the picture where you have varying lengths and varying widths. These are all pretty much the same size. Wood looks of high quality. Was hoping for some pieces longer than 14".
