    Shipping was very slow, it was supposed to be a birthday gift so I was not able to give it to my friend in time, but the quality is good, and the product seems authentic so I will keep it.

    I have never received my product and the seller has stopped responding to my messages. I think this may be a scam. Do not buy from this seller.

We didn’t have any new update from the courier side at that time, which is why we could not provide a proper response earlier. Your order was shipped on time from our side and is still in transit.     I never received the item....seller stated it was shipped...but tracking order stated it was never shipped. The seller continued to tell me that it would be shipped soon....but it never was.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. The order was shipped from our side on time, but unfortunately USPS did not update the tracking information properly and the package remained stuck in “Pre-Transit.” We stayed in contact with the buyer throughout the process and also followed up with USPS regarding the delay. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we always do our best to resolve any shipping issues as quickly as possible.
