About Buttercup Bakery
Buttercup Bakery started with a slightly crazy idea: leave corporate America and turn a love of cookies into a business. Somehow, it worked.
It soon grew to include my brother, who traded handcuffs from his law enforcement days for a rolling pin - proving career changes can be delicious. He now makes the dough, cuts, and bakes every cookie for our custom orders. And when things get busy, we're lucky to have family and friends who pitch in to save the day (and the cookies).
Today, we're a small, home-based bakery specializing in custom sugar cookies that are almost too cute to eat (almost). Every one is baked from scratch and hand-decorated to celebrate life's sweetest moments: birthdays, showers, holidays, and everything in between.
We believe cookies should taste as good as they look. Quality ingredients, a steady hand, and a little magic (okay… mostly butter and sugar).
