Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days from purchase. Some exceptions may exist that could delay this estimated timeframe; of which include but are not limited to: holidays, custom orders, hazardous weather, and incorrect/inaccurate shipping details.

All shoppers will receive a message notification from our shop, detailing when the order was, or is, to be delivered to USPS, estimated shipping date by this carrier, as well as the tracking information.

We ask that our shoppers please review the provided shipping address for accuracy, prior to confirming your purchase. Our shop is not liable for delayed or undelivered items as a result of incorrect or inaccurate address details that were provided by the buyer.

At Keelo'sCreations LLC we strive to ensure that every precaution is taken within our means, to provide safe shipping to our customers; this includes two shipping add-ons which can be purchased alongside your order within our shop (Shipping Insurance & Required Signature Confirmation). Unfortunately circumstances may still arise where a package does not arrive to its intended destination. If the buyer suspects that their order was lost or stolen we ask that you first contact your local postal service (USPS) and file a report. Once this has been completed you may reach out to our shop to initiate a claim. Please note that our shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or items damaged while in transit.

We offer custom designs for jewelry and pendulums and are able to work in most materials and budgets for our clients.

For customers interested in our custom options please message our shop and the owner, Marisa, will reach out and gather details of your intentions. There is currently no fee associated with the inquiry or design phase. Once a design is drafted and presented, the buyer can choose to initiate placing an order for that item, at that time. Pricing will be discussed during the design phase, so that shoppers are armed with the information necessary to determine if they would like to proceed in purchasing.

Our shop will communicate with buyers on the estimated cost to complete the piece, during the design phase. We are able to provide options within all budgets, however please note that your budget may dictate the materials available to you, to create your piece. Shoppers are responsible for costs associated with procuring materials as well as the shipping expenses for those materials, if these are not already owned by the shop.

Once the buyer has confirmed with our shop that they would like to purchase the designed piece, payment, in full, will be required prior to commencement of work. If a buyer altars the layout or materials following the design phase, they will be subject to any costs related to the new supplies and labor.

Keelo'sCreations LLC takes pride in the pieces we craft and the crystals we hand select. If for some reason your order(s) does not meet your expectations in any way, we ask that you please message our shop prior to leaving neutral or negative feedback. This allows our shop the opportunity to make your experience with us, a memorable and positive one.

At Keelo'sCreations we ensure to follow safety standards consistent with those recommended by our local and government Health Departments. All products including the packaging area are sterilized prior to your order being wrapped.

Orders are packaged with care using predominantly recyclable materials, with the exception of the tape, shipping label, tissue paper, and wax seal. Decorative items such as organic wheat, flowers, and herbs may be present in packaging. Shoppers with allergy or fragrance concerns, are asked to please message our shop immediately following your order so that we may ensure that your parcel is free of any potentially irritating items, and that your needs are safely met.
